Ingredientes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (14-15 ounce) can artichoke hearts (not marinated), minced in sm. pcs
- 3 green chopped onions
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 10 ounce box frzn spinach
Direcciones
- Place spinach in colander and run warm water over to thaw, drain and then mix all of the above ingredients. Add in Monterey Jack cheese on top and warm. Serve with crackers or possibly chips.
