Receta Awesome Spinach Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 bn raw spinach some bean sprouts bacon bits (fake or possibly real) parmesan cheese
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil (or possibly any type of oil)
- 3 x cloves of garlic (depends on you)
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 5 Tbsp. parmesan cheese dashes of salt dashes of pepper
- 3 dsh worcestershire sauce (makes it zesty!)
Direcciones
- In a tupperware shaker bottle or possibly some other container, put in one egg, add in the lemon juice and the oil. Cut the garlic cloves into tiny pcs and add in them in. Fold in the remaining dressing ingredients and shake!
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Make sure you carefully wash the spinach (the bunches are awful sandy!). Tear apart into small salad sized pcs. In a small bowl for each guest or possibly in a large one (your choice) put in spinach with bean sprouts on top. Sprinkle with parmesan and bacon bits. At serving time pour dressing over and Voila!!
