Receta Baba's Baked Cheese Macaroni
Ingredientes
- 1 box elbows, sm. shells or possibly any mix of macaroni
- 3 green onions
- 4 T butter
- 8 ounce Druk's cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk (or possibly more)
- 1 T flour
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Direcciones
- Boil and drain the macaroni. Butter the casserole dish. Heat butter and onions. Layer first macaroni and then grate cheese over. Add in small amount of onion mix over cheese. Layer again and again. Pour lowfat milk which has been mixed with flour to about an inch below top of casserole dish. Top cheese with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered with aluminum foil. Uncover to brown if desired. Yields 8 servings.
