Receta Baby Corn And Soya Paneer Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x Red chilli
- 3 x Tender baby corns, (50 g)
- 2 x Spring onions
- 50 gm Soya paneer
- 100 gm Tender cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
- 15 x Green grapes, (50 g)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh tomato sauce, (30 g)
Direcciones
- CUT the cucumber into small cubes. Julienne the red chilli. Cut baby corns into five cm. long bite-sized pcs. Chop spring onions. Dice soya paneer.
- In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients, except spring onions. Spoon fresh tomato sauce over the salad. Sprinkle minced spring onions on top. Refrigerateand serve.
- NOTES : (A nutritious salad topped with fresh tomato sauce)
