Name: Baby Food Cake
Ingredients: 3 x Large eggs; 2 c. Sugar; 1 1/4 c. Salad oil; 1 jar applesauce baby food; 1 jar apricot baby food; 1 jar carrot baby food; 2 c. Flour; 2 tsp Cinnamon; 2 tsp Baking soda; 1 c. Minced pecans; 1/2 c. Margarine; 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese; 1 box (16 ounce.) powdered sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla

Ingredientes

3 x Large eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 1/4 c. Salad oil
1 jar applesauce baby food
1 jar apricot baby food
1 jar carrot baby food
2 c. Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1 c. Minced pecans
1/2 c. Margarine
1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese
1 box (16 ounce.) powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

Combine Large eggs, sugar and salad oil. Add in baby food. Sift flour, cinnamon and baking soda and add in to baby food mix. Fold in pecans. Bake in 9x13x2 inch baking pan at 350 for 35 min. For frosting, combine margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost cake when cold.
