Receta Bacalao

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Bacalao (Dry Cod Fish)
- 1/2 c. Onions, diced
- 1/2 c. Green peppers, diced
- 1/2 c. Tomato diced
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 c. White wine
- 2 x Large eggs Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- 1. Cook bacalao, changing water at least three times.
- 2. Shred the bacalao and throw away the dark pcs.
- 3. In a separate pan, saute/fry the onions, peppers, tomatoes and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Then add in the tomato paste. Deglaze with the white wine.
- 4. Add in bacalao.
- 5. Cook together for about 15 min.
- 6. Add in raw beaten Large eggs in the middle of the stew. Sirring continuously.
- 7. Add in herbs. Season to taste.
