Receta Bacon, Cheddar and Chive Mini-Muffins
Ingredientes
- 6 slices of bacon, diced, cooked in a sauté pan until browned, and drained on paper towels
- 2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and set aside to cool for 10 minutes
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- A dash or two of your favorite hot sauce (optional)
