- 1 pkg. Hungry Jack Biscuits
- 1 (8 ounce) bar Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 pound lean bacon

- Separate biscuits, flatten and cut each biscuit into 3 strips (total of 30). Take a rounded tsp of cream cheese and place on each biscuit strip. Pinch biscuit dough around cream cheese to completely cover. (You will form a ball.)Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around each biscuit-cheese ball, secure with wooden toothpick. Bake at 400 degrees in a jelly roll pan (careful bacon grease will drip from a cookie sheet) till bacon is done (approximately 20 min).
