Receta Bacon Cheese Dip (Microwave)

Ingredientes
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pcs
- 2 T flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry or possibly prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- In medium bowl, cook bacon on high 3 to 4 min till crisp. Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside.Into drippings in bowl, stir flour; add in lowfat milk and garlic; stir till smooth. Cook on high 3 to 4 min till thickened, stirring once. Throw away garlic. Stir in cheese. Cook on medium (50% power) 4 to 6 min till smooth, stirring once. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire, and reserved bacon. Mix will thicken as it stands.
- SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve in a hollowed-out round loaf, using center for dippers.
