Receta Bagel Pizza Snacks
Ingredientes
- 6 ounce can no-salt added tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 5 lg. presliced whole wheat or possibly white bagels
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
- 3 ounce (3/4 c.) shredded lowfat part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. In small bowl, put together tomato paste and oregano. Spread each bagel half with about 1 tbsp tomato paste mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with onion and green pepper; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 6-8 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
