- Preheat oven to 400F.Peel a strip in the middle of the apple (about a 1/4" thick). Use a piece of the core to make a plug in the apple. Fill each apple with brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 30 min.
- Garnish with orange zest and serve with your favourite cream.
