Receta Baked Apples With Pineapple

Ingredientes
- 6 lrg Apples
- 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Golden brown raisins
- 3/4 c. Guava jelly, melted

- Core apples and score around the center. Place apples in a shallow ovenproof dish. Add in about 1/2 inch of water or possibly white wine. Stir together pineapple and raisins; divide the filling between the apples. Pour 2 Tbsp. of the melted jelly over each apple. Place in an oven preheated to 350F degrees and back till the apples are tender, about 30 to 60 min. Baste from time to time as the apples are cooking. When baked, place the apples in small dishes and spoon over any liquid which is in the pan; chill.
