Ingredientes
- 25 medium green tipped bananas
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise and crosswise.
- Place cut side down in a single layer close together on baking pans.
- In a smalle saucepan, heat honey and lemon juice just until honey loses its thickness.
- With a pastry brush, coat bananas with honey and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle bananas lightly with cinnamon and mutmeg.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes or until bananas are slightly soft when fork is inserted into the center.
- If a golden brown color is desired, broil for 2 minutes, watching carefully.
- Serve two quarters per person with pan juices.
