Receta Harborside Broiled Scallops

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. scallops
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 T lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 T dry white wine
Direcciones
- Put together melted butter, garlic salt, lemon juice and oregano. Pour over the scallops and let stand about 10 min. Arrange scallops in foil lined pan. Spoon remaining marinade over them. Broil 5 inches from heat for 10 min or possibly till scallops are golden brown. Spoon wine over scallops and broil one or possibly two min more till scallops are tender. Don't overcook. Serves 4.
