- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Celery seed
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt, optional
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 4 x Chicken breast halves withou
- 1 c. Bread crumbs

- In a large bowl, combinefirst 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mix and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bkae, uncovered, at 350 ^ for 45 min or possibly till juices run clear.
