Receta Chickoo Halwa

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chickoos
- 1/2 x Teacup lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Sugar, up to 1/3, up to
- 150 gm Khoya or possibly lowfat milk pwdr made paste.
- 2 dsh Cochineal, (essence) (2 to 3)
- 1 Tbsp. Ghee
Direcciones
- Peel and mash chickoos or possibly blend.
- Add in lowfat milk and boil in heavy saucepan.
- When slightly thick add in khoya and cook, stirring continuously.
- Add in sugar and ghee. Cook on low turning continuously until ghee oozes.
- Garnish with almond or possibly walnut in centre of the halwa.
