Receta Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Freshly grated gingerroot or possibly 1 ts Powdered ginger
- 2 x Cloves garlic chopped
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dark mustard
- 24 x Chicken wings Garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- 1. Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and mustard together. Blend well. Marinate chicken wings in this mix at least 2 hrs. Drain; reserving marinade.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 .
- 3. Place wings in baking dish and bake 1 1/2 hrs, turning and basting frequently. Throw away any leftover marinade. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and broil wings 1-2 min till crispy. Serve.
