Receta Baked Coated Drum Sticks
Delicious Oven Baked Drumsticks for any occasion.
Ingredientes
- 5 pounds Chicken Drum Sticks
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Light Cream (or buttermilk)
- 1/4 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Panko
- one teaspoon smoked paprika
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- one teaspoon black pepper
- Drizzling of Olive Oil (or Canola Oil)
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- On a plate add seasoned bread crumbs, panko, all seasonings and using a fork stir to mix
- In a bowl beat 2 eggs add cream (or buttermilk), whisk well, coat each drumstick, add to breadcrumb mixture to coat
- Place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan (in a single layer), drizzle with olive oil and place into the hot oven
- Bake for 40 minutes or until juices run clear and drumsticks are golden in color
- Serving suggestions: Corn on the cob, watermelon slice
- great supper option or weekend fare
