- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten

- Stir mix into lowfat milk with whisk. Pour into 4 custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg and microwave at 50% power (medium) 6-10 min. By then, it is set (not watery anymore) and you can put into refrigerator for refrigerate.
