Receta Baked Grannies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. toasted minced pecans
- 3 tsp butter, cut into small pcs
- 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp dry fruit (raisins, minced apricots)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 x cored Granny Smith apples
- 1 c. apple juice or possibly water Whipped cream or possibly creme fraiche
Direcciones
- Combine pecans, butter and brown sugar. Add in dry fruit and cinnamon. Fill apples with the mix. Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour apple juice or possibly water in pan, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350F for 45 to 55 min. Serve topped with whipped cream or possibly creme fraiche.
- NOTE: Apples can also be cooked in a crockpot for about 6 to 7 hrs on LOW.
