Ingredientes
- 8 (8 ounce) pcs king fish
- 10 ounce tempura batter
- 3 soup spoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoon grnd white pepper
- 4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 pound slice white onion
- 1 pound red, green and yellow pepper slices
- 1 c. sm. stuffed green olives
- 8 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 6 bay leaves
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Season fish with garlic salt, pepper and lemon juice; dip in tempura batter. Heat extra virgin olive oil at medium heat; fry fish till golden. Put fried fish in baking pan; add in rest of ingredients on top of fish with tomato sauce last.
