Receta Baked Lemon Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets (sole, flounder)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1 x Lemon (6 wedges)
- 1 Tbsp. Oil Salt and fresh grnd pepper or possibly lemon pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- In bottom of shallow baking or possibly broiling pan, spread oil,lemon juice, and pepper. Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with parsley. Broil 3-4 min on each side or possibly till edges are browned. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with salt or possibly additional lemon pepper.
