Receta Baked Meatballs (Cocktail Size)

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 2 T soy soauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 12 ounce jar chili sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T brown sugar
Direcciones
- Mix grnd beef, parsley flakes, soy sauce, garlic pwdr, chopped onions, corn flakes, large eggs, ketchup and pepper and form cocktail size meatballs, place in a 11 x 13 pan. Place all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, I use a wire whisk. Pour sauce ingredients over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees till somewhat brown on top, about 40-45 min, I stir occasionally to make sure they brown evenly.
