Receta Baked Mustard Tarragon Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 Tbsp. dry tarragon crushed
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Trim chicken of any visible fat, rinse and pat dry.
- Heat butter, and stir in remaining ingredients. Dip chicken pcs in mix, and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till chicken pcs run clear when pricked with a toothpick.
- Serves 4.
