Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. onions minced
- 1/2 c. bell peppers minced
- 1 pkt mushrooms (6 ounce) sliced
- 3 x cloves garlic crushed
- 1 can tomatoes (28 ounce) cut up
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 box pasta (14 ounce) any shape
- 4 x egg whites
- 1 pkt nonfat cottage cheese (15 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven at 350. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic till tender. Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, basil, oregano, pizza seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 min. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in pasta mix and pour into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Top with tomato mix. Bake for 30 to 40 min. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if you like.
