Receta Baked Pecan Stuffed Nectarines

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Pecan halves
- 1/4 c. Plus 1tbsp sugar
- 2 lrg Egg yolks
- 4 x Hard ripe nectarines
- 8 x Pecan halves Super Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
Direcciones
- In a small food processor pulse pecans till finely grnd. Add in 1/4 c. sugar and yolks and pulse till combined. Halve and pit nectarines and arrange, cut sides up, on a small baking sheet. Divide pecan mix among nectarine halves, mounding it in center, and garnish each mound with a pecan half. Sprinkle nectarines with remaining Tbsp. of sugar.
- Bake stuffed nectarines in middle of oven till pecan mix is golden brown, about 10 min. Serve nectarines with ice cream.
- Yield: 4servings
