- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1/2 c. apple jelly
- 1 c. white wine or possibly dry vermouth
Direcciones
- Brown chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a covered casserole dish. Put together wine and jelly, pour over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs (according to pork chops).
