Receta Baked Rigatoni With Ham, Tomatoes And Feta Cheese

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce Rigatoni
- 1 1/2 c. Diced ham
- 4 lrg Plum tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 c. Whipping cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 13x9x2 inch baking dish.Cook pasta in boiling salted till just tender. Drain. Return to pot and fold in ham, tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses, and thyme. Pour cream over. Mix well and pour into prepared baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 min. Uncover and stir to distribute cheeses proportionately. Cover again with foil and bake another 30 min.
- NOTES : Quick and very good.
