Receta Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cool water
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
- 12 x skinless chicken thighs
Direcciones
- 1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cool water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and grnd black pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, till sauce thickens and bubbles.
- 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 3. Place chicken pcs in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce. Turn pcs over, and brush again.
- 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 min. Turn pcs over, and bake for another 30 min, till no longer pink and juices run clear. Brush with sauce every 10 min during cooking.
