Receta Baked Turkey Loaf (Lf)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
- 1/2 med Onion, finely minced Celery stalk, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Bell pepper, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Whole-wheat bread crumbs, toasted
- 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk, or possibly chicken stock Egg white, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly grnd
- 1/4 tsp Dry oregano, crushed
- 10 ml Garlic, crushed
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients till just blended. Don't overmix. Press the mix into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 min to 1 hour.
- Serve warm with Mushroom Glaze (see recipe same name) or possibly serve cool.
- Makes 6servings.
