Receta Baked Vidalia Onions

Ingredientes
- 4 med Medium sized Vidalia onions dry Riesling wine salt pepper
- 3/4 c. Buttered bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Peel onions. Cut in half, crosswise. Arrange with cut sides up in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Add in just sufficient wine to cover bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 30 min at 375 degrees F. Top with bread crumbs mixed with cheese. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 min longer or possibly till onions are brown and tender.
