  • 1 1/4 kg Egg noodles Oil
  • 20 gm Garlic paste
  • 40 gm Leek stalk, minced
  • 40 gm Cabbage, shredded
  • 30 gm Bean sprouts
  • 40 gm Onion, sliced
  • 1 x Tomato, sliced (80 g.)
  • 20 gm Red chilli paste
  • 4 tsp Soya sauce, (20 ml.)
  • 4 x Large eggs, scrambled (optional) A healthy pinch of ajinomoto Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. BRING plenty of water to a boil. Add in a few drops of oil. Add in the egg noodles and boil for two min. Drain the noodles and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add in garlic paste and saute/fry for two min. Then add in all the vegetables, the boiled noodles, red chilli paste, soya sauce and the seasoning. Toss well for one minute.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with scrambled egg if so desired.
