Receta Banana And Coconut Minute Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sweetened coconut
- 2 c. water
- 1 x small banana, sliced
- 2 c. MINUTE Rice
- 1 c. dry fruit, such as raisins, currants or possibly minced apricots
Direcciones
- IN SAUCEPAN over medium high heat cook coconut till golden.
- Add in water and banana. Bring water to a boil and stir in rice.
- REMOVE from the heat, stir in dry fruit; let stand 5 minutes.
- KRAFT Kitchens Tip: For added colour and flavour stir in a c. of frzn peas.
