Ingredientes
- 3 med -size ripe bananas, (about 1 lb.), cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice

- In blender process:till blended and smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses; garnish with bananas slices, if you like.
- Makes 2 servings
- Note: For super-thick shake, place in freezer 1 to 2 hrs till mix is semi-frzn; then to drinking consistency with additional skim lowfat milk, if necessary.
