- Mix together the following and place in zipper syle bag:
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. whole bran

- Attach the following instructions:To make your "Banana Bran Muffins", place this fold in a bowl, and add in the following:1 egg, beaten1 c. banana, mashed and very ripe1/4 c. milk2 Tbsp. oil
- Stir just till the flour mix is moistened. Fill greased or possibly paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full with mix. Bake in 400 degree F oven for about 20-25 min or possibly till done.
- Makes 1 dozen.
