Receta Banana Bread
Comforting yet not too sweet.
Ingredientes
- 3 ripe bananas - mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Direcciones
- Mix butter and mashed bananas.
- Into it, mix sugar, egg and vanilla.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt.
- Stir and mix.
- Mix/fold in flour.
- Bake at 175C for an hour or until cake is cooked.
