Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 2 c. flour
- 3 x ripe bananas, well mashed
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt, optional
- 1 tsp baking soda
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix the bananas and egg substitute together in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda; blend. Put the batter in the pan and bake 1 hour or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Serve still hot or possibly cooled.
