Receta Banana Breeze Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. margarine or possibly butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 c. KELLOGG'S(R) Corn Flake Crumbs or possibly
- 4 c. KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES(R) cereal, crushed to 1 c.
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 med bananas, ripened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- 1. In small saucepan, heat margarine, sugar and cinnamon over low heat; stirring constantly till bubbles form around edges of pan. Remove from heat.
- 2. Add in cereal; mix well.
- 3. Press mix proportionately in 9-inch pie pan to create crust. Chill.
- 4. Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy. Add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk; blend thoroughly. Add in 1/3 c. lemon juice and vanilla; stir till thickened.
- 5. Slice 3 bananas; line crust with banana slices. Turn filling into crust. Chill 2-3 hrs or possibly till hard. (Don't freeze.)
- 6. Cut remaining 2 bananas into thin slices; dip in the 2 Tbsp. lemon juice. Garnish top of pie with banana slices.
- Yield: 1 pie, 8 servings
