Receta Banana Cake/Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (if any)
- 1/2 c. buttermilk (skim lowfat milk with 2 T lemon juice or possibly vinegar)
- 1 c. (heaping) mashed bananas
Direcciones
- Cream shortening, sugar and egg whites. Add in dry ingredients alternating with the buttermilk and bananas. Bake at 350 degrees, check after 30 min, depending on size of pans used. Makes one big loaf size or possibly mini bundt pan.
