Receta Banana Carrot Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. bananas
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. finely grated carrots
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Combine bananas, sugar, oil and Large eggs in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 min or possibly 300 strokes by hand. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Fold into the banana mix. Stir in carrots and pecans. Spoon into a greased and floured 9x5x2 3/4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min. Cold in the pan for 10 min. Wrap and store overnight before cutting.
