Receta Banana Curried Schnitzel

Ingredientes
- 6 x pork schnitzels
- 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 c. mango chutney toothpicks
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Lay schnitzels out on a board. Trim off any sinew. Beat to an even shape with a meat mallet.
- Peel bananas and cut in half.
- Mix curry pwdr and mango chutney together and spread over schnitzels.
- Place half a banana on each piece of meat and fold together like a parcel.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- Beat Large eggs together in a bowl. Dip meat parcels into egg mix.
- Place coconut on a plate and roll meat in coconut.
- Place in a well greased baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees C for 25 min. Turn often during cooking time.
