Receta Banana Date Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. dates, minced
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt. Cream shortening; add in sugar. Beat till fluffy. Add in large eggs, one at a time. Add in flour mix alternately with bananas. Add in dates and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min or possibly till done. Use 2 small bread pans (size 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches).
