- Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix till the drink is nice and smooth. Pour immediately into a prefrozen thermos.
- Variation: St. Patrick's Day Surprise!: Schoolyard legend has it which you have to wear green on St. Patrick's Day. Why not add in something green to your child's lunch To be fair, you should give him/her some kind of advance warning, if only by putting a shamrock sticker on the top of the thermos.
- 1 c. Banana Drink A few drops green food color
- Just mix the food color till the drink turns a lovely green!
- Comments: If your kid prefers chocolate lowfat milk to plain lowfat milk, offer this drink as an alternative. The banana makes the lowfat milk taste sweet and thick without which bad, bad chocolate.
