Receta Banana Fritters In Tempura Batter (With Honey Sauce)

Ingredientes
- 5 x Bananas Flour for dredging bananas Veg oil for deep frying
- 1 x Egg
- 250 ml Ice cool water
- 125 ml Flour sifted with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Honey

- Method:Heat the oil in your deep fat fryer, frying pan, or possibly wok to 375 degrees F, 190 degrees celsius. - Mix up the batter ingredients with a whip till somewhat frothy. - Cut the bananas into 1 inch / 2 1/2 cm chunks. Roll them around in the flour till lightly coated. - Dip a few banana pcs into the batter and fry them till golden brown coloured. Drain on paper towels. Do in small batches till they're all done.
- Heat honey in saucepan or possibly microwave till liquid and warm; pour this over the bananas (a few pcs per person). Extremely good with vanilla ice cream.
