Receta Banana Gelato

Ingredientes
- 6 x egg yolks
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 1/4 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1 x vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
- 3 x ripe bananas, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
Direcciones
- Prepare vanilla custard mix with egg yolks, sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla bean according to directions for vanilla tango gelato, above. Allow mix to cold to room temperature. In a food processor or possibly blender, puree bananas with lime juice till smooth. Gradually add vanilla custard mix. Blend till incorporated. Freeze in an ice cream maker following the manufacturer's guidelines.
