Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg well beaten
  • 1 c. Banans smashed
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Nuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  2. In another bowl combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, oil, bananas and nuts, all at once add in to dry ingredients and mix. Stir just till moistened.
  3. Pour into muffin c. or possibly greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 20 - 25 min
