Receta Banana - Orange Frosted Milk Shake

Ingredientes
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. orange sherbet
Direcciones
- Peel 2 ripe bananas. Place in medium bowl and mash with fork. Add in 1 cup orange juice. Put in blender and whip till smooth. Add in 1 cup lowfat milk and 1 cup orange sherbet and whip again in blender. Put 1 scoop or possibly more sherbet in a tall glass and add in banana orange frosted on it.
