Receta Banana Orange Frozen Push Ups

- 2 x Bananas
- 6 ounce Orange juice, frzn
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, powdered
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Fat-free yogurt
Direcciones
- Thaw orange juice till soft. Peel bananas and slice into blender or possibly food processor. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and blend till foamy. Pour into small paper c. and freeze. To eat, squeeze bottom of c.. Or possibly pour into popsicle mold.
