Receta Banana Pepper and Corn Coleslaw
Need a cole slaw for your next picnic or BBQ? Here is one that has a little kick to it in a sweet n’ tart way!
Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup liquid drained from a jar of banana peppers
- 1/3 cup banana peppers, diced small
- 2/3 cup sweet corn kernels
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 10 oz packages shredded cabbage
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let sit overnight.
- Yield: 8 cups
