Receta Banana Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg (or possibly 2 small) ripe bananas cut into chunks
- 1 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. Light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Raspberry or possibly cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients except poppy seeds in container of an electric blender. Cover and blend on high speed till smooth. Pour dressing into sealable container or possibly jar, add in poppy seeds, and chill till ready to use.
- Yield: Approximately 1 1/2 c..
